What we do

Plumbing and heat for houses in this valley. We keep the list honest. If it isn’t something we want to stand behind, it isn’t on this page.

Residential plumbing

Repairs, replacements, and new work in kitchens, baths, and mechanical rooms. Fixtures, drains, water lines, and the “it’s been dripping since November” calls. Finish fixtures can be owner-supplied; we’ll install them. Warranty follows the manufacturer, not us, on parts we didn’t furnish.

Hydronic heat, radiant floors, and boilers

This is the heart of the company. In-floor radiant, staple-up, warm board, boiler changeouts, condensing equipment, snowmelt when the house needs it, and mechanical rooms that can actually be serviced later. Built for altitude and a long heating season — not a Denver spec copied up the hill.

Remodels and custom homes

Rough-in through trim. Relocations when walls move. Coordination with the builder without turning the job into a committee. New construction and additions the same way: one crew, one set of drawings, no mystery between bid and install.

Water heaters

Tank, tankless, indirect, and the replacement when the old one is done. We’ll tell you which one belongs in the house you have, not which one is easiest to sell.

Gas piping

Natural gas and propane. New runs, extensions, appliance connections, testing, and the gas work that comes with a boiler or range swap. Permitted and done to code.

Water treatment

Whole-house filtration, softeners, and the systems that make Steamboat and Hayden water easier on fixtures, boilers, and skin. Sized for the house, not a catalog page.

Service

Diagnostics, leaks, seasonal checks, boiler and radiant tune-ups. We’re a small crew, so we don’t pretend to be a 24-hour call center. We do answer, we do show up, and we don’t leave you guessing.

What we don’t do

Ductwork and forced-air. That’s a tinner’s job. We won’t share a mechanical permit to force it. If you need both trades, we’ll say so up front.

Ductless mini-splits

We’re in training and tooling up for ductless heat-pump work. It isn’t on the bid list yet. When we’re ready to install and stand behind it, it will be. If that’s what the house needs in the meantime, we’ll say so and point you in the right direction.
