Journeyman / Master Plumber / Field Supervisor

Storm Peak Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced Colorado-licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber to take a leadership role in field operations and project execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing field experience

• Current Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber license

• Current and compliant Colorado DORA registration

• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installation practices

• Ability to read plans, coordinate work, and manage project priorities

• Ability to supervise and mentor plumbers and apprentices

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to quality craftsmanship, jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

The ideal candidate is an experienced tradesperson who can lead by example, take ownership of their work, and help uphold the standards and culture of Storm Peak Plumbing & Heating.

Journeyman Plumber / Installer

Storm Peak Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced Colorado-licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our installation team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing field experience

• Current Colorado Journeyman Plumber license

• Current and compliant Colorado DORA registration

• Strong residential plumbing installation experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional installation team

• Ability to read plans and follow project specifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Professional attitude and respect for customers, coworkers, and jobsites

Experience with high-end residential construction, remodeling, hydronic heating, radiant systems, boilers, and design-build projects is highly valued.

Licensing Requirements

Storm Peak Plumbing & Heating welcomes applications from both licensed plumbers and apprentices interested in building a career in residential plumbing service.

Applicants holding a current Colorado Residential Plumber or Journeyman Plumber license are encouraged to apply.

Apprentices are also welcome to apply. We are especially interested in motivated apprentices who are actively gaining the experience and training necessary to work toward obtaining their Residential Plumber or Journeyman Plumber license through the State of Colorado.

Storm Peak believes in developing skilled, knowledgeable plumbers and creating opportunities for employees to advance within the trade. Apprentices applying for this position should have a genuine commitment to progressing through their required field experience, developing strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, and ultimately achieving professional licensure in Colorado.
