Storm Peak is a small crew on purpose. As the work grows, we’ll take on help — apprentices who want to learn it right, and experienced hands who already have time in the trade.

Experience matters here. Daniel takes that seriously. There is more than one clean way to build a system, and this is not a shop that hovers over every wrench turn. What is non-negotiable: everything that goes in under a Colorado Master license gets overseen and quality-checked. That’s how the license, the house, and the crew stay protected.

Nobody gets left on the outside of the knowledge. Nobody gets gatekept from the next skill. The aim is simple — a team that can work toward master-level understanding, and master-level pay as they earn it. The more this crew knows, the more we can do for the clients and the valley that keep us busy.
